First of all, I want to compliment the website. The pixels for the pictures of the rug I chose where absolutely the best in comparison to all the other sites that carry this rug. It was the picture that actually helped me to make my final decision. Secondly, my experience in speaking with Karla on the phone and Kayla through "chat'" were excellent!
