I was unable to get anyone on the phone on the day I ordered...some automated thing. Then when the rug came it looks NOTHING like the picture. It will do so I am keeping it, but I am really very unhappy about the misleading picture. There is virtually no beiges in it...all black gray and a dab of cream. I think this should be a priority - things from any store should never be a surprise!
