My first experience with RugStudio was exemplary. Doing a Google search, I found my Karastan rug pattern on the RugStudio site. There was a first purchase promotion coupon, as well as a free rug pad offer with purchase. How wonderful is that? It was extremely easy to navigate the site, apply the promotion coupon, and pay for the rug. A credit card confirmation was sent within minutes to my email account. I had a question which I left on the company voicemail, as my purchase was after hours. First thing the next morning, I received a phone call from RugStudio. This is how customer service is supposed to be. I read on the website that the company has been in business since 1930, and I understand how that came to be, as their philosophy of customer service, fair pricing, and generous promotions made this purchase the easiest decision I have made in a long time.
