Brittany, service specialist, went above and beyond with responding to my lost rug {UPS fault} issue and going through options. The rug was needed for a photoshoot at a client's project. In the end, the rug was found and was even more beautiful than I had hoped for. Outstanding service, rug quality, and options will keep me coming back for my client projects as well as my own home.
