Service was great - it's the rug itself that's kind of...odd. It's made of hemp/jute (?) and, while I expected a bit of roughness, it looked awfully worn and rough out of the package and worse within a week or so. I didn't ask to return it, but I expected more quality from a Lauren Home product.
