I have purchased 4 rugs recently at various times. Each time I had s good experience. Once the rug sold out before my order could be filled and a representative called to say one had been returned and offered it to me. I accepted. He was very helpful. All rugs arrived timely and in good condition, The only improvement would be if tracking information were sent when the rugs are shipped.
