This was my first time ordering from Rug Studio and the manufacturer sent me the wrong rug. I called the customer service number and a human answered the phone, no automated recording. The customer service representative, Bruce was very friendly. I received the correct rug the following week and every step was communicated via e-mail. I appreciate the great customer service and will order from Rug Studio again. The prices are also great!
