I was very pleased with the quality of the rug. The service was excellent. Unfortunately the color of the rug was not what I expected.....it was described as mocha and ivory, however the actual color was quite a bit different (greenish) when seen in our space. The return was smooth and easy, and the Rug Studio person I spoke to, was very helpful.
