Overall, a good experience. On my first attempt to order a rug, the tracking info showed it was delivered to someone in New Jersey - I live in northern New England. I called to report it and spoke with someone in customer service. She said she had to check on it and that it might take a while. I reminded her I was charged weeks ago and would like the rug. It showed up a few days later. Well packed. Nice rug. I'll purchase again!
