Service has always been excellent with Rug Studio whether I call the store direct or use the chat facility online. Katie was very helpful today and offered me a 10% discount on my purchase. This will be the 4th area rug I have purchased from you in the last 2 months as I decorate my new home. All are gorgeous, very nice quality and look perfect in each room.
