I had to call to follow up on my order as I wasn’t sure how long the delays would be during COVID and I spoke with Aileen and the customer service she provided was superb! I felt very reassured after speaking with her and the area carpet was delivered shortly thereafter. I cannot say how happy we are with our purchase and the shopping experience was lovely!
