The product that I've ordered was out of stock and Carla from Runway sale phoned me to ask if they could send me another similar product. She was so patient with me while I tried to make up my mind. After a while I told her I would rather take the credit and she credited my account within a few seconds. I can't wait to order my next item from Runway sale.
