I had purchases some a few items the day before , unfortunately one was the incorrect size so i had called in just after 8am and was greeted by a friendly consultant.it literally took her less than 5 mins to sort out my query. Offered to either refund the money back into my card or give me a credit for the next time . This is what you call customer service.
