Unacceptable Service. Ordered an item online on 26 Dec 2023. To date, have not received the item. Phoned the Courier Company on 3 occasions on 4 Jan 2024, still have not received the the item. Sent MyRunway an email twice on 4 Jan 2024, still have not received the item. Phoned MyRnway on 5 Jan 2024, still have not received the item. Pathetic service both from MyRunway and the Courier Company. DPD Laser.
