Horrible experience I submitted a return on 14 Dec 2023. The courier company (Dawnwing) failed to collect the return from 18-20 Dec 2023, stating that I was unavailable which was a lie as they did not contact me. I laid a complaint with Dawnwing which was met with a nonchalant response however the parcel was eventually collected on 21 Dec 2023. Their return policy states that refund take 3-5 days yet I have been waiting since. I have sent multiple emails only to receive feedback after 4-5 days, which give further instructions instead of processing my refund. Such a great platform, its unfortunate that the service does not match
