I’ve returned items that I couldn’t fit and I was told to forward my banking details for the refund, the mail I sent was stuck in my outbox but never bothered to fix the outgoing mail. Today I fixed the issue the email was released to Runway almost 2 months later but I got the response immediately. I wasn’t sure if this would still work, you are amazing and you make shopping online hustle free... keep up the good work. I’m so happy 🙈
