I must say I am quite impressed with the support and service received from Dayle and the whole Runway Sale communications team. I was adamant to return items bought and thought it will be a tedious exercise but did it anyway and to my surprise it was actually a prompt service. Thought it will be a hustle for Runway to arrange for pick up of the items and it was actually quick even when i changed the pick up address there were still no delays. I am quite happy with the service received. Thank you so much.
