Had serious issues with delivery of order... somehow order was lost during Australian Post processing and never shipped. Took almost 2 weeks for Rushfaster to accept parcel as "lost" at which point one of items was out of stock so could not be replaced. Customer service did respond, and I did receive a refund for lost item but almost 3 weeks before receiving goods was frustrating, to say the least. Still, the quality of product(s) stand out and I have since ordered two other items which shipped without incident.
