“I contacted customer service to request a return, but my request was declined because the item was purchased from the outlet section. I was told that the website clearly states that outlet items cannot be returned. After checking the website again, I did find a line stating this policy. However, I had completely missed it when making the purchase. I understand that it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to check the return policy. However, with online shopping, customers cannot try items on before purchasing, and sizing can vary even within the same brand. In fact, this item was noticeably smaller than other products I own from the same brand in the same size. If outlet items are strictly non-returnable, I believe this important condition should be made much more prominent during the purchasing process—for example, through a pop-up warning or a clear "NO RETURNS" message before checkout—so that customers cannot easily overlook it. I am extremely disappointed with both the inconsistent sizing and the way the no-return policy is communicated. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing from this brand again.”
