“I like the products that Rushfaster offers, and especially the fact that they carry many items that otherwise would not be available in Australia. However, I don't like the misleading pricing tactics. Leading up to Black Friday they kept having different sales, and would say "This is our best price. Guaranteed." Which means if the price went lower they would offer store credit (rather than cash refund) for the difference. Each time I made a purchase of their "Best price guaranteed" they ended up having further sales, at which point I had to actively monitor the price and request a refund. I feel like this was done purposely to get people to spend more money at the store and then if they remembered to request the credit for the price adjustment, then they still have to spend that as store credit rather than a cash refund. To me this is purposely misleading. If they weren't lying about it being the best price, then I would have just waited for the actual Black Friday sale, and spent less money. Now I'm left struggling to find a product that I probably don't need just so I can spend the store credit.”

“Rushfaster has been excellent. I picked up a bunch of gear, including a few Alpaka Hub items that were listed as pre-orders, so I expected a bit of a wait. Instead, everything landed on my doorstep the following week. Fast shipping, clear comms and solid packaging. Just genuinely good service with zero hassle. I’ll happily order from them again.”
