“I initially ordered a cinch 12 because I thought slightly different style bad to my other venture would be good but realised quickly upon delivery that it was way too floppy to have as an edc camera bag- so I asked to exchange and send back which was a very easy and quick process thanks to rushfaster. They refunded and I got the replacement I wanted within a few days. Perfect! Thanks”
