“As usual, Rushfaster went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I sent through a few questions via the live chat to unboxing the product at home in Tassie, I felt supported, listened to, and as though the team really did work so hard to make it all work. Great job guys, keep it up, partly because you're a big part of my life (as a customer of 15+ years). The only thing I would change – rather than including only your own products as free additions (with whichever minimum spend) – why not allow people to choose between a few different, small value items from different brands, even if Rushfaster's own brand is one out of e.g. four options)? I just think that would be a huge hit! Or, in the alternative, products which aren't as polarising.”
