“I am very glad I didn't pay for faster shipping, as it seemed it was going to be the same regardless. I paid for insurance so it could be left at the door, but my leave-at-door request wasn't honoured on Rushfaster's end, who didn't authorise it, leading to the need to drive to the post office, which I was trying to avoid as I knew I wasn't going to be home during the delivery window.”

Hi there. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, all Rushfaster orders require a signature on delivery to help prevent theft. Due to how our Aus Post account is set up, we’re unable to enable Authority to Leave (ATL). If no one is available to sign, Aus Post will redirect the parcel to the nearest post office to keep it safe. For future orders, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking and arranging for a family member or someone you trust to receive it. Alternatively, you could use a different delivery address, such as your workplace or a reception area, for easier pickup. Thanks so much for your understanding.
