Received my laptop sleeeve and was disappointed to find the bright orange sleeve had a black stain on it that appeared to be grease or something. Immediately contacted Rushfaster as I was heading off the next day overseas for a few months. Their response was a $3 refund as obviously I was unable to return it in time for a swap, How insulting.
