When ordering, I chose Express delivery as I was short in time. In total, the "Express" took a week. Despite stating in the shipping policies, that the article would be sent on its way the same day, it had a tracking number only about 24 hours later and then being processed at the post more than 24 hrs later than that. The rest of the delay then happened on Aus Post side, also due to a holiday.
What I disliked most was that I didn't receive a response to my email.
I would have appreciated a more proactive communication and a refund of the Express shipping costs.
