Ryanair changed my flight from Milan to Rome but failed to move my baggage. At the airport in Rome, staff were confused, passed me around, and let boarding time run out. Then they blamed me and made me pay €57 for their own mistake. Unethical, manipulative, and completely unaccountable. I’ve filed formal complaints with ENAC and EU authorities. Never again
