I bought a return ticket to travel to France on the 4 th which they cancelled due to the current issue.
They won’t refund my ticket but keep pushing for a voucher which o am not interested in . I have checked my legal rights and they should have paid me back within 7 days..
I can understand it may be difficult to follow this due to the pressure they must be under at present but their lack of communication , the fact that they aren’t able to give you an email address to communicate
( but a very small robotic box to stress a few points) is unacceptable.
Ryanair is such an unprofessional and unapproachable company .
I have had other issues with them in the past .
