Love the product, good quality however when I made my online purchase a refund was given to me because the item wasn’t in stock. I would have rather been contacted first before this happening. So then I re ordered another dog coat and asked if I could have a discount code to cover the delivery cost as I’d already paid one lot and don’t see why I should pay again when rydale fault. They said they would refund me the delivery charge. They never did after I emailed my order number. Hasn’t given me much faith in using rydale again even though I really like there products
