I purchased the Lady Gransmoor Wellies in a size 8 and when they arrived I found them to be bigger than expected - it actually said size 43 on the inside of the boot - which to my understanding is a size 9 - I rang and discussed the issue with Jordan - who was really polite and after emailing a photo showing size - she immediately sent me the returns label. Once I emailed the proof of postage - a new pair in the correct size was despatched - 5 * service and attitude!
