I placed my order 19th November. Received an email on 20th to say despatched and delivery should be 2-3 days. 29th November i called into my branch and they still haven't received it. Duty supervisor was rude to me when I called to check. Now you send me an email asking me if I'm happy with my order which I haven't even received!
