Unfortunately the boots I received were really poor quality and fell apart within weeks of receiving them. Both tassels are broken, the leather has started to come away from the elastic on the backs of both boots and is all frayed and tatty. The structure at the heel of each boot has started to collapse. Just generally not great unfortunately as otherwise they are comfy boots that did look good until they started to fall to bits! I did submit a complaint last week before leaving this review but no one has come back to me unfortunately.
