I wanted ankle boots with a zip because I have a high in-step and can't get my feet into pull-on boots. These zip boots look stylish, have nice chunky soles and are reasonably priced. A minor gripe is that my high in-step means that the opening gapes when trying to zip up and the tongue is too narrow so the edge of it gets caught in the zip.
