would not recommend... Extreme ly disappointed...bought a pair of boots last month, to which the zip tassel on one broke.
Rydal were contacted and without any response from them received a new tassel through the post, which was broken.
Decided to leave it at that.
The following week the rubber heel started to come away from the leather, again contacted Rydal with no response what so ever... this was sent on the 7/2/20
For the prices Rydal charge I at least expected at decent customer service!
