Bought a polo belt for my daughter's birthday during early part of Covid-19 crisis. Clear information on orders experiencing delays but still arrived relatively quickly and all email responses after order kept me up to date with where order status was. Couldn't have asked for more and arrived in good time. It is a lovely product, great quality and just as on website and cheaper than other websites I researched the product on.
