Ordered the boots in ‘my size’ and due to high instep, one of them did not fit. I sent the order straight back, ordered another pair, and they arrived promptly in no time at all. Refund took about 5 working days so all prompt and good. I would recommend them to others, and now they will be somewhere I will check for other items I use/ need/ want prior to my usual stockists.
