I placed an order online on 23rd April, it’s now the 8th May and I am still waiting to receive my order. It appears the issue lies with your chosen courier. I appreciate these are unprecedented times however I would at the very least out of courtesy expect an acknowledgement of the messages I have sent via email, Facebook & Instagram enquiring about the whereabouts of my order. You are active on social media, therefore I would expect that your customer service team are also active and available to assist customers.
