The delivery date passed with no parcel . I had an email to say parcel tracking was not accurate as parcels may not be scanned at each stage so not unduly worried. One week later I rang customer services who said the parcel had been lost in transit and resent it. If I hadn’t phoned I would still be waiting. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive though
