Husband absolutely delighted with his new wax jacket. The quality of the jacket is excellent and looks more expensive than it actually was!
Customer service was first rate, in fact I telephoned the head office to pass on my compliments at the way my enquiry was dealt with.
Unfortunately, the item was dispatched using Hermes and never arrived!
One quick telephone call and a replacement jacket was sent to my local store for collection.
All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending the Ryedale jacket and the excellent Yorkshire Trading customer experience.
