Sadly the hat arrived with the top of the hat all dinted and out of shape. I rang customer service regarding advice on how to get the hat back into shape followed up by an email. As yet I'm still awaiting a response. I would have given a higher score if I'd have had a response. Besides all of the above the design and colour of the hat are fab
