My first order of a Panama hat unfortunately had not been packed correctly & arrived with the crown squashed. Phoned Ryedale & a very pleasant lady said it would be replaced immediately (no requirement to return it) & sent express delivery. The second hat is great, just what I wanted! Wonderful customer service & value for money!
