Absolutely terrible customer service
Had to make a complaint which was answered by he same person I’m customer service
I was sent a size 4 instead of a 6
Ryder refused to pay postage for their mistake . Atrocious!! Could not obtain a postage label advised by customer service either it will be interesting to see if the site uploads the above mentioned !
