Apart from the pair of boots being odd boots, they were very dusty, no lid on box box was badly damaged and old. Until I spoke with Melissa I was extremely dissapointed as have spent a lot of money in the past at your stand when at country shows -shocking really as they were for a gift for my niece. Pictures were sent in waiting for refund you will have the boots back with Hermes now. Wendy Borrowdale
