I ordered the ladies summer hound shirt. I normally go up a size, but when it arrived it was too big and it had to be returned. I phoned customer services, who were incredibly helpful, it was a quick and painless return system. I now have the correct size garment, and I’m very pleased with it. The style and fit is perfect and the quality is very good.
