This item is well made and has a lot of space. My favorite part is the back, where it has room to slide down over the extended handles of your luggage... that's very helpful! I was expecting more structure to the bag, line in the pictures, and I had to stuff the bag with a pillow to get pictures like that, so I could show what it looked like. The inside has 2 pockets on one side and one on the other side. The strap is functional, but not the best-looking strap I've seen. I'm give this bag 5 stars based on quality of the bag, even though I did feel mislead about the structure/form... The hardware was good, the zippers worked well, the seams seem very good, and it's a good bag!
