Buyer Beware! Or better yet DON'T!
Bought two tote bags. Followed online return policy instructions for both, which began with sending a return request by email as per their online return instructions. Got a reply saying return approved, but no further information, (tracking / approval number, preferred carrier to use for shipping, etc.) and NO free return label for my 122.00 purchase, (advertised as free returns for purchases over 100.00). Sent three more emails asking for assistance. No phone number on website. Website says to expect a reply in 24 hours. No Reply. Been five days and still no reply. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank, which resulted in the charge being removed from my card. Plus the bags were barely fair quality. Thick rigid horse leather, bulky and heavy. I'm ready to return the bags when they honor their ad for free returns over 100.00.
