The overall experience is good.
the product sites have all the information I need. it is easy to contact customer service directly from the page. customer service is excellent at providing guidance on choice of products.
could be better:
even on the English version there are some important features that are in German, which make it difficult for non-german speakers.
Would be nice to have a directly link to the products in the bundle (such as the additional insert) while looking at the beds.
would be nice if there is better overview while comparing different versions of the products, for example a table comparing the key features of different cover materials.
