Impeccable packaging! And customer care was fast in replying and very kind. My only concern is I believe there should have been more pictures regarding the corners of the bag to see that they were mildly scuffed and also near the handle where there was some discoloration due to the clasps of the Kelly strap rubbing on the leather. Regardless, it is still in great condition! And I am extremely happy with my Kelly. Thank you saclab :) will definitely be shopping here again.
