I have ordered a CH bag, on which started the painting coming off after 2 days, with normal usage. I sent pictures to the Customer care, and they really fast rejected the return, writing, that this is my fault. This is ridiculous. It was a 3000 euros bag, and there is signs on the bag for ex. repaintings, spots etc. which were not written in the bag’s description on their website. Never ever!
