I purchased my first Chanel bag via Saclàb on April 23rd 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The delivery was smooth and fast and the bag arrived within a week via UPS. When it arrived, I wasn’t entirely sure about the color, so I immediately reached out to Saclàb’s customer service. I was incredibly well assisted by two lovely team members, Oliver and Giorgia, who were quick to help and even suggested a few alternative options. In the end, I decided to keep the bag, as it truly grew on me over time.The bag arrived in excellent condition, and honestly, I would never have guessed it was pre-loved! I will definitely order from them again in the future.
