I emailed them, left messages on the call back form on their website, even enjoyed the automated messages from their customer support WhatsApp number but no human ever got back to me. I will now have to go to a tailor and pay to have the suit wearable. Their competitors, Massimo, will alter your suit years after you bought it or repair it no questions asked. Pay more, at least get to wear your purchase! Will approach local authority in the UAE that takes care of consumer protection
