“I recently visited Sacoor Brothers Queensbay with the intention of purchasing a suit for my son’s engagement. I was looking for a suit that could be tailored and ready within three weeks.
I was informed that the tailor was currently on maternity leave and that the suit could not be delivered within my requested timeframe. While I understand that such circumstances can occur, I was disappointed by the conduct of one of the staff members.
If I am not mistaken, the staff member's name was Atikah. While I was browsing another section of the store and looking at other collections, I overheard her whispering to a colleague in what appeared to be a mocking manner, implying that I was not a genuine customer or that my purchase intention was not serious.
As a customer, I found this experience upsetting and unprofessional. I visited your store based on a recommendation from a friend who spoke highly of the brand and service available in Penang. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
Customer service should be delivered with professionalism and respect, regardless of whether a purchase is ultimately made. Regrettably, this experience has affected my perception of the brand, and I do not intend to return to the store in the future.
I hope management will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

“I bought two suits—one for myself and one for my son. By the fourth wear, I noticed a hole and thought it was just mine. Months later, my son showed me his was worn out from the back—beyond repair. The material is extremely fragile. For a suit that cost nearly a thousand usd and barely lasted a few wears, it’s been a huge disappointment. To make it worse, when I went to pick up the suits, it took the staff over 30 minutes just to locate them.”

“We purchases 2 shoes online to wear each twice before they were terribly damaged!!! We contacted the customer support and they said they cannot return or exchange the items because the purchase date exceeded 14 days. You can see clearly that the shoes were not used for more than 2 times!!”

Bought formal pants and they tore first day of wear returned it to another Sacoor branch and I was told to go back to the Sacoor I had bought it from ( bad customer services #1).
I then went to the Sacoor I bought it from and they offered to tailor the pants for me and I declined because I was afraid of what it would look like in the next months!
I requested for an exchange or a refund, I was told that they still need to make a decision on what to do as they want to investigate the quality - not too sure what that has to do with me. I returned home without an exchange, nor the old pants or money!
This never used to happen when Faizel was part of the group! Such never happens with “Boss”. Boss respects and takes their customers serious”
“I am a saccor customer for more than 10 years, first time I decide to purchase online in UAE three items and returned on item the next day of delivery since it did not fit well which was picked by Aramex (Sacoor appointed delivery). It has been more than 20days the item is not received by Sacoor. The refund given and response from customer service is until we do not receive we cannot initiate. Wondering 20days of delay from their own delivery company! Till today, I am given answer "soon" it will be received....
My suggestion is Sacoor should close down online service if this is the quality of service. It is worth mentioning that their call center phone number does not work also.”
“I bought a suit, the stitching came apart on the first wear. The outlet told me to contact customer support, the number doesn’t work. I emailed them, left messages on the call back form on their website, even enjoyed the automated messages from their customer support WhatsApp number but no human ever got back to me.
I will now have to go to a tailor and pay to have the suit wearable.
Their competitors, Massimo, will alter your suit years after you bought it or repair it no questions asked. Pay more, at least get to wear your purchase!

“Very poor quality. I have already returned 3 suits. 1st one was replaced by them. I thought WOW great customer service. Bought another suit. 2nd one poor quality again. Their Management declined to replace it because I already got a new suit. I dont think that is fair as it is their poor quality, not my mistake. But ok. Left it. Then again suit issues 3rd one. Went back to the store and same Management response. You already had a new one. Yes Management but you deliver 3x poor quality.
This is it. Will never go back. You have lost me forever Sacoor. I was a promoter of your brand after the 1st replacement. Now a negative contributor.”
“Horrible experience. The zipper or my bag got damaged because bad quality, I asked directly to one lady at the counter what can I do to fix (it is a Leather travel bag): she just said ‘we can not do anything’… repeating this to any question I did, all time. Very expensive and no any warranty. Additionally the personnel very rude, no helpful at all. Do not buy there!”
