Very bad and slow customer service , they are very slow responding to emails and they are not answering phone calls often. If you have any request or clarification you will struggle to get help

We purchases 2 shoes online to wear each twice before they were terribly damaged!!! We contacted the customer support and they said they cannot return or exchange the items because the purchase date exceeded 14 days. You can see clearly that the shoes were not used for more than 2 times!!

Very surprised to see the respond from costumer care, I am not sure why they mention care if they do not give a care at all. Very poor fabric, 2 suits got damaged in one month !!!!!!

Very poor quality clothing. Bought formal pants and they tore first day of wear returned it to another Sacoor branch and I was told to go back to the Sacoor I had bought it from ( bad customer services #1). I then went to the Sacoor I bought it from and they offered to tailor the pants for me and I declined because I was afraid of what it would look like in the next months! I requested for an exchange or a refund, I was told that they still need to make a decision on what to do as they want to investigate the quality - not too sure what that has to do with me. I returned home without an exchange, nor the old pants or money! This never used to happen when Faizel was part of the group! Such never happens with “Boss”. Boss respects and takes their customers serious

I am a saccor customer for more than 10 years, first time I decide to purchase online in UAE three items and returned on item the next day of delivery since it did not fit well which was picked by Aramex (Sacoor appointed delivery). It has been more than 20days the item is not received by Sacoor. The refund given and response from customer service is until we do not receive we cannot initiate. Wondering 20days of delay from their own delivery company! Till today, I am given answer "soon" it will be received.... My suggestion is Sacoor should close down online service if this is the quality of service. It is worth mentioning that their call center phone number does not work also.

I bought a suit, the stitching came apart on the first wear. The outlet told me to contact customer support, the number doesn’t work. I emailed them, left messages on the call back form on their website, even enjoyed the automated messages from their customer support WhatsApp number but no human ever got back to me. I will now have to go to a tailor and pay to have the suit wearable. Their competitors, Massimo, will alter your suit years after you bought it or repair it no questions asked. Pay more, at least get to wear your purchase! Will approach local authority in the UAE that takes care of consumer protection

Very poor quality. I have already returned 3 suits. 1st one was replaced by them. I thought WOW great customer service. Bought another suit. 2nd one poor quality again. Their Management declined to replace it because I already got a new suit. I dont think that is fair as it is their poor quality, not my mistake. But ok. Left it. Then again suit issues 3rd one. Went back to the store and same Management response. You already had a new one. Yes Management but you deliver 3x poor quality. This is it. Will never go back. You have lost me forever Sacoor. I was a promoter of your brand after the 1st replacement. Now a negative contributor.

Horrible experience. The zipper or my bag got damaged because bad quality, I asked directly to one lady at the counter what can I do to fix (it is a Leather travel bag): she just said ‘we can not do anything’… repeating this to any question I did, all time. Very expensive and no any warranty. Additionally the personnel very rude, no helpful at all. Do not buy there!

The clothes are poor quality all of my shirts have fallen apart it is like they are made of paper. Initally they seem good quality but I have had them for 2 months and they are all torn. Awful. Will never buy from here again.

I bought a suit at 8:15PM and returned to the store (Hyatt Mall in Riyadh) at 10:45PM to meet with the tailor for alternations. They lost this suit within 2.5 hours in the store. Trying to get a refund was another saga. Horrible experience and very unprofessional service. Never more!

Terrible -- do not deal with this company! I am a customer residing in the UK and ordered five shirts. Three of them did not fit. Wanted to return, since then they get shipped forth and back with DHL asking for import duties. Sacoor brothers has STILL NOT refunded the amount for the three returned shirts. I spent a lot of time on this and it is still not resolved. I just filed a Dispute form with my bank to investigate and get the money back this way. Stay away if ordering from the UK. Since BREXIT (Thank You!) it is not worth it dealing with shipments across the border for customers anymore.

Good products but lousy, expensive and long delivery! Package was left outside, never saw courier, was not asked for signature!!! Wanted to send back one artical ( out of 3 ), never got feedback from customer relations!!! NEVER MORE!!!!!

I am distraught at Sacoor Bros Online service. I made 2 orders online on 9th and 11th April. For both orders there were refunds. The orfer for eth 9th, Sacoor bros ignored several emails and whatsapp messages. They finally took the colelction 7th May. Its 17th May and I have not been refunded. For the order 11th April, I made the return via Saccor's advice on teh 24th April. Today 17th May I still do not have my refund. Their ability to deal with customers in a the appropriate manner online is highly questionable. I like the brand, but I will never shop online with them again.

Sacoor one is part of sacoor and it's a shitty brand with no customer value. Bought shirts 5 months ago , formal and all have torn from the middle ...it's like they are made of paper...called sacoor one who refused to exchange ...it's just an over priced brand selling shitty quality clothes....will never recommend it to anyone.
