I am a saccor customer for more than 10 years, first time I decide to purchase online in UAE three items and returned on item the next day of delivery since it did not fit well which was picked by Aramex (Sacoor appointed delivery). It has been more than 20days the item is not received by Sacoor. The refund given and response from customer service is until we do not receive we cannot initiate. Wondering 20days of delay from their own delivery company! Till today, I am given answer "soon" it will be received....
My suggestion is Sacoor should close down online service if this is the quality of service. It is worth mentioning that their call center phone number does not work also.
