Bought formal pants and they tore first day of wear returned it to another Sacoor branch and I was told to go back to the Sacoor I had bought it from ( bad customer services #1).
I then went to the Sacoor I bought it from and they offered to tailor the pants for me and I declined because I was afraid of what it would look like in the next months!
I requested for an exchange or a refund, I was told that they still need to make a decision on what to do as they want to investigate the quality - not too sure what that has to do with me. I returned home without an exchange, nor the old pants or money!
This never used to happen when Faizel was part of the group! Such never happens with “Boss”. Boss respects and takes their customers serious”
